Ea Hotel Crystal Palace - Prague

The hotel offers a prime location, just a short stroll from major attractions. Breakfast was a highlight, with a diverse selection, including seasonal dishes. The room lacked adequate lighting, made it difficult to retrieve items from luggage. Maintenance is also needed, as the bathroom showed minor wear and the TV was outdated with limited channels.

We loved sensational and marvellous breakfasts and stunningly beautiful views!

The room we had included climate control, a private safe, and TV set. The services were good, offered us very good free Wi-Fi.

Appreciated my stay. The hotel was perfect, location was favourable close to the citycentre, excellent breakfast. The rooms were new-fashioned and luxury, had a shower and a heated floor in the bathroom. Fairly friendly staff, provided information if needed.

Positive, The location was fantastic-close enough to the main attractions but not too crowded. I loved the spacious and clean room. The breakfast had plenty of variety. The shower in the bathroom was great too!

Excellent hotel location, all close by, within walking distance, good breakfast, underground parking.

In the room above the entrance in the far enclosure on the 2nd floor there was a constant smell of sewerage and windows did not open.

I loved the room. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The bathroom was excellent. Housekeeping was prompt and always ready to provide extra towels and coffee, which instantly elevated our stay.

Well, I'm not a bath person, I like taking showers. There was no way for me to shower without getting the whole bathroom wet. Although there was Internet access in the rooms, the only area with wifi was around the reception.

Good location, main street is 10 minutes on foot.

Awesome stay at the Crystal Palace! Well worth the money! Very modern, clean rooms and bathrooms. Friendly, helpful staff. In addition, a very good complimentary breakfast. Location was close to the subway and an accessible walk to many attractions.

It was very clean & tidy, the Staff were very nice but quite unreserved.The Hotel is located in a central position and does the job, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was very nice, plenty to chose from, the two staff worked very hardand tooped up at regular intervals which meant everyone had plenty,
